	Janet Alexander Client Service Representative Janet spent 29 years with Farm Credit Services of Illinois on both the financial and insurance sides of the business before joining Water Street Solutions in 2007.			Kristi Moritz Client Service Representative Kristi has a broad business background, specializing in crop insurance since 2004. She and her husband have farmed since 1984.
	Duane Aschenbrenner Crop Insurance Specialist A farm boy from Western Nebraska, Duane left production agriculture in 2000 when he went to work as a crop insurance adjuster. He became an independent agent in 2005.			Mary Mueller Crop Insurance Operations Manager Mary has worked in the crop insurance industry since 1995, in underwriting and processing MPCI policies, supporting agents across the Midwest and hiring and training staff.
	Don Cunningham Crop Insurance Specialist Don joined us in 2009 with 9 years of crop insurance experience. He’s been in the insurance industry since 1988. Prior to that he partnered in the family petroleum business for 12 years.			Dale Peters Crop Insurance Specialist Dale has deep roots in farming and still farms with his father and three sons. They also raise and show Hereford cattle. In 2002 Dale began helping farmers make better crop insurance decisions as a crop insurance agent.
	Brent Dykstra Crop Insurance Specialist Brent spent 6 years in agri-finance and crop insurance before joining Water Street Solutions in 2008. He continues to be involved with the family farm.			Melissa Provost Client Service Representative Melissa has spent her whole career in agriculture. She and her husband are involved with the family livestock business. She joined Water Street Solutions in 2009.
	Deb Etheridge Vice-President of Insurance Deb started her insurance career as a multi-line agent in 1986, but has focused on crop insurance since 2000 in both sales and sales management. She leads this team of veterans.			Darryl Ricketts Crop Insurance Specialist Darryl started his career in production agriculture, and moved over to crop insurance sales in 1994.
	Barbara Gibbs Lead Client Service Representative Barbara joined us in 2009 with 13 years in the crop insurance industry. Her background includes training, support and leadership.			Jennifer Schultz Client Service Representative Jennifer has worked in the insurance industry since 1998. Her experience is in the underwriting and claims areas. She joined Water Street Solutions in 2009.
	Jordan Grieser Crop Insurance Specialist Jordan was raised on a fruit farm in Michigan. He’s still involved in that operation. He started in the crop insurance business in 2007 and joined us in 2009.			Ryan Siebenthal Crop Insurance Technology Specialist After college, Ryan spent 5 years working with the family farm and chemical/fertilizer business. He also worked 4 years in the financial industry before joining Water Street Solutions in 2008.
	Louis Guthrie Crop Insurance Specialist Louis started his career in the grain industry in 1997 as a terminal elevator supervisor. He’s worked in grain marketing since 1999 and joined us in 2009.			Brandi Simmons Client Service Representative Brandi started her insurance career in 1995 and has specialized in crop insurance since 2002.
	Brad Heckathorn Crop Insurance Field Manager Brad has 15 years of ag lending experience and his work in and around crop insurance dates back to 1996. He remains involved in his family’s farm in Ohio.			James Spiker Crop Insurance Specialist Jim started his crop insurance sales career in 1983. He has worked for Country Financial and as an independent agent.
	Steve Jackson Director of Crop Insurance Sales Steve started his career in production agriculture and moved over to crop insurance sales in 1991.			Steve Wade Crop Insurance Specialist Steve has been helping farmers with crop insurance since 1998. Before that he spent 2 years in Extension and 8 years as a small business owner.
	Kathie Johnson Insurance Special Projects Manager Kathie started working in agriculture in 1986 and has specialized in crop insurance since 1992. She joined this company in 2009.			Ann Yocum Crop Insurance Field Manager Ann started in 1986 with the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation. She worked 11 years with the Risk Management Agency. She’s also sold crop insurance with a company and as an agent.
	Jeff Lane Crop Insurance Field Manager Jeff worked in the elevator business for 23 years before starting a career in the crop insurance industry in 1996.			Amy Yoder Client Service Representative Amy has broad experience in the insurance industry, starting in crop insurance in 2004. She has focused on underwriting and processing MPCI policies. She has both company and agency background.
