He is a licensed commodities broker with 15+ years of experience in customer service related fields.
	Craig Barone Market Advisor An Illinois native, Craig holds a degree in Finance from the University of Iowa. He has a background in the financial markets, with over 16 years of trading experience in Chicago.			Andy Hoerr Market Advisor Clerk Andy holds a degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University. He worked in guest relations and as a church youth director before joining Water Street Solutions
	Aaron Benoit Market Advisor Aaron was raised on an Illinois family farm. He holds a degree in Business Management from Southern Illinois University. He started his career in the elevator business.			Sam Hudson Senior Market Advisor Raised on a 6th generation Illinois farm, Sam’s been involved in every aspect of the business, from crop production to the family trucking operations. Sam holds Bachelor’s Degree from Eastern Illinois University.
	Aaron Bertels Market Advisor Aaron grew up in rural Kansas. He has a degree in Park Management and Conservation from Kansas State University. Before joining us, he worked for 9 years in the agriculture/horticulture field.			Brad Matthews Senior Market Advisor Brad grew up in Naperville, IL. He holds a degree in Finance from Indiana University. Brad worked in the corn options pit at the CBOT managing orders between the pit and brokerage houses.
	David Bohm Market Advisor Dave was raised on a grain and livestock farm near Princeton, IL. He received a degree in Business Management from Taylor University. Dave spent 6 years with the Marine Corps Reserve including a tour of duty in Iraq in 2006.			Sarah Nelson Market Advisor Sarah was raised on a grain and cattle farm in Minnesota. She holds a degree in Agricultural Industries and Marketing from the University of Minnesota. She has livestock marketing experience with Smithfield Foods and Nexus Marketing.
	Rachel Conklin Administrative Assistant Rachel holds an associates degree in Accounting from Illinois Central College and has 7 years of accounting experience. She has also worked in retail sales and the restaurant industry.			Isaac Payleitner Market Advisor Isaac grew up in St. Charles, IL. He holds a degree in Financial Planning from the agriculture college at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
	Courtney Dralle Market Advisor Courtney hails from Arkansas. She holds a degree in Agribusiness from Arkansas State University. Her ag experience includes working on the Boll Weevil Eradication Program and as a field consultant for Monsanto. Jesse studied agriculture in Brazil and Central Europe and worked in New Zealand before joining us.			Eric Sampson Market Advisor Eric is a native of Wisconsin. He holds a degree in Finance from Bradley University. He worked as a stockbroker, then became a licensed commodities broker in 1994. He’s been with Water Street Solutions since 1995.
	Megan Frye Market Advisor Megan was raised on an Illinois farm. After high school she went directly to work at the CBOT. She worked in corn options and ran a desk doing South American hedging. She joined the company in 2007.			Craig Shepherd Senior Market Advisor Craig is a native of Illinois. He spent the first 10 years of his career working with growers in the insurance and financial arenas. He joined Water Street Solutions as a market advisor in 1996.
				Nathan Suttles Market Advisor Nathan was raised on a grain and livestock farm in Illinois. He holds a degree in Agriculture Business from Western Illinois University. Nathan spent 5 years in grain elevator management before joining us.
