Tim grew up on a diversified Nebraska farm. After graduating from the University of Nebraska with degrees in Agribusiness and Ag Economics, he worked as an area agronomist at a co-op for 3 years. He’s a licensed crop insurance agent. Tim joined Water Street Solutions in 2007 and moved to the Ag Finance team in 2009.		   kmccubbin64 Katie McCubbin

Katie has bachelor and master’s degrees in Accounting, and an MBA from Illinois State University. She’s worked in the accounting field since 1985 and has extensive experience with multi-state taxes. As a CPA, Katie helps clients develop the right tax planning strategies for their operations.

Jami grew up near the rural community of Penfield, IL. Her interest in finance and agriculture began when she worked for Country Financial and a small CPA firm. Tim grew up around his family’s grain operation in central Illinois. He earned his degree from Southern Illinois University in Ag Economics and Psychology. He’s helped out on his family’s operation since 2006, which sparked his interest in ag finance.

Ryan grew up on a farm in northeast Kansas. He graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Ag Economics from Kansas State University. He worked his way through college for a grain merchandising company in Manhattan, Kansas. He also interned as a commodity merchandiser for another company. Ryan is still involved with his family’s farming operations.		   eWhitten64 Elizabeth Whitten
Ag Finance Specialist
Elizabeth earned degrees in Finance and Marketing from DePaul University. She has corporate experience supporting a sales organization through budgeting, forecasting, monthly accounting, analyzing accounts receivables and helping transition a company to a new financial system. Elizabeth’s objective is to help producers adjust and thrive in an ever-changing environment.

Ag Finance Tax Specialist
Elizabeth was raised in Illinois and in Kobe, Japan. She holds a B.A. in Business from Trinity International University and an M.S. in Accounting from Bradley University. Elizabeth is currently in the final stages of completing her CPA certification.
