Leading the farm through change, part I

Farmers are no strangers to change. It comes with the territory. We are currently seeing an economic climate in agriculture the likes of which many younger farm leaders have yet to experience. This sort of outside change is creating a demand for new skills and novel approaches from farm leadership--you can't necessarily deal with this ag economy using the skills you've acquired up to this point.
