Make time today for future thinking

Well whaddaya know? August is nearly gone already. Before you get neck-deep in all that goes into this upcoming harvest season, this is a great time to slow down and focus on something that might not regularly occupy your mind during the normal course of operations the future.

It's easy to get weighed down by the everyday tasks you face in a farm leadership position. It's important, though, to not get entirely swallowed up by the operations side.
