A critical part of any working environment is its culture. It's kind of an elusive thing at times - hard to put a finger on, but yet it permeates every interaction on the farm, every day. Culture is such an integral part of everything that happens on the farm, it's a very smart move to get it working for you - to put processes in place to intentionally shape your culture rather than passively letting the environment shape it for you.
